Having graduated with a degree in architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Abloh’s roots bring him back to Chicago this summer. His work can be experienced first-hand at the Museum of Contemporary Art through his solo “Figures of Speech” exhibit, which opens on June 10th to the public and runs until September 22. Intended as an “immersive space”, the exhibit is devoted to the most notable highlights of Abloh’s career and his radical vision for the unrestrained outcomes of when art intertwines with fashion.

The exhibition is guaranteed to not be a missed opportunity and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to taste a piece of what will become the illustrious history of Virgil Abloh.
